A AELESAB – Programas de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o e Assist\u00eancia \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a e Adolescente \u00e9 uma Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Civil (OSC) que tem como miss\u00e3o \u201cplanejar e executar projetos assistenciais destinados \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa renda ou em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco e vulnerabilidade social\u201d.<\/p>

Atuando desde 2003 e em parceria com a Secretaria do Bem Estar Social de Bauru – SEBES, e com o Governo do Estado, a AELESAB faz a gest\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os na Rede de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social B\u00e1sica e Especial.
Para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das suas atividades, a Aelesab conta com uma equipe de profissionais formados nas \u00e1reas de Servi\u00e7o Social, Psicologia, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, Pedagogia, Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica, Terapia Ocupacional, Direito al\u00e9m de n\u00edveis t\u00e9cnicos e fundamentais que possibilita uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o interdisciplinar, qualificada, competente e em constante aprendizado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Assim, por meio dos Servi\u00e7os em que atua, a Aelesab assiste direta ou indiretamente mais de dez mil pessoas diariamente, na busca pela garantia de acesso aos direitos sociais, de acordo com o artigo 6\u00ba da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da Rep\u00fablica Federativa do Brasil (…) \u201ca educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a sa\u00fade, o trabalho, a moradia, o lazer, a seguran\u00e7a, a previd\u00eancia social, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 maternidade e \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia, a assist\u00eancia aos desamparados, na forma desta Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.
Na assist\u00eancia direta, os atendimentos visam o fortalecimento de autoestima do usu\u00e1rio, no desenvolvimento de sua autonomia na ruptura com situa\u00e7\u00f5es de riscos e vulnerabilidade social de modo a promover a inser\u00e7\u00e3o social, amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da resili\u00eancia aos conflitos, est\u00edmulos \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o social, equidade, protagonismo, emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o, inclus\u00e3o social e conquista da cidadania.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
